January 16, 2012 - Chris Corum has been named the new promoter of Crossville Raceway. Corum has worked in the past with co-owner Doug Sopha and has an idea what Sopha wants in a racetrack. The first order of business for Corum will be to bring some stability to Crossville Raceway.

"The thing I want to do is come up with a decent purse and a base set of rules that we'll impliment all year ," Corum stated. "Stability is needed to get this racetrack to grow and be successful. This track has some of the best facilities in the area. If we can get the racing where it needs to be, this can be the best track around."
