2012 STREET STOCK RULES

BODY: American rear wheel drive only. Steel or aluminum stock style bodies. Stock type top WEIGHT WILL BE ADDED FOR ANYTHING THAT IS DEEMED RADICAL may make rest but must look like car you are claiming.Stock frames May build from firewall back Wheel base must be stock length for car.Spoilers 6 inch max height no wider than deck lid.

ROLL CAGE: Cage must have six points welded to frame. Minimum of three driver’s door Bars and three bars in passenger’s door. Must have four windshield bars

SUSPENSION/STEERING: Stock Snout all components must be in stock location.1non adjustable stock Type shock per wheel. May run after market upper control arm in original position. Sliders & adjustable spring buckets or weight jacks OK. . Pan hard bar OK.Top link must Be solid. No J-bars pull or lift bars.Remainder of suspension stock. May build frame firewall back(ADD 100 lbs)

REAR END: Any O.E.M. Disc brake with steel calipers OK.

TRANSMISSION: Automatic or straight shift. Automatic must have working converter. No valve pedals. Straight shift must run stock type steel clutch and flywheel 40lbs minimum.must have two inch hole in bell housing for inspection. ***Any other clutch adds 100 pounds

FUEL: gas Top pick-up fuel cell mandatory with at least (2) 2” by 1/8” steel straps. No electrical fuel pumps. Holley 4412 500 cfm 2 barrel. Box stock Choke flap may be Removed and change jets only. (IF CARB FOUND ILLEGAL it will be confiscated)

IGNITION: Stock type, H.E.I. or point’s type.

WEIGHT: Minimum of 3000 lb. (ANY CARB option 3200 lbs)

WHEELS: Steel only. 10 inches wide max. Bead locks OK.

TIRES: AR 10.5 EC2 $85 (buy rule does not apply to EC2) OR BUY RULE $40 each Any Tire 50 durometer min, ANYONE CAN BUY ANYONES TIRES after feature

ENGINE: Stock Location steel 362 CI max. , no bowtie. MAY BALANCE, NO POLISHING anywhere. Any oil pan, stock type pump, headers & bolts. No windage trays. TRACK RETAINS RIGHT TO BUY ENGINE FOR $1000 LESS PAN/pulleys/starter/fuel pump/dist & carb. * 5.3 & 5.7 stock engines allowed with or without fuel injection*

HEADS: OEM or STOCK OEM REPLACEMENT cast iron only. No modifications except cut for screw in studs & guide plates.Valves No titanium. Any valve spring.

CAM: No roller or mushroom lifters.

PISTON: Flat top only, floating pin OK. piston can not protrude above block deck

CRANK: stock OEM or stock replacement for block 50 lb min. NO crank scrapers.

RODS: stock type steel I beam only. stock length for engine you are claiming.

PROTEST: Track retains 30 % of protest. You can only protest the car in Front of you. $350 to pull one head. (cam, carb, intake, bore, & stroke) $400 for bottom rods,bore, & stroke) $50 per visual tech retains all) CAR MAY BE IMPOUNDED FOR 2 days

MUST HAVE RACECEIVER
