2010 - PURE STOCK RULES
Eligible cars - 1992 or newer
- Ford - Taurus or Sable
- Buick - Century, Le Saber or Regal
- Chevy - Malibu, Monte Carlo or Lumina
- Olds - Sierra or Cutlass
- Chrysler - Sebring, Intrepid or Concord
MUST REMAIN STRICTLY STOCK EXCEPT ITEMS LISTED BELOW
All glass, chrome and flammable material must be removed
- Fuel Cell 8 gal. Max. (Must be securely fastened in trunk)Gas:93 octane max.
- Internal or external electric pump (must be wired to oil pressure switch)
- Shock towers may be reinforced for strength only
- Shocks must be factory or factory replacement (no racing shocks)
- Springs may be changed or cut but must be factory stock (no racing springs)
- Racing seat required securely fasten
- 5 point harness must be securely fasten to rear bars and flood pan
- Drivers window net
- Min. of 3 windshield bars no less then 3/8 thickness
- Doors must be welded shut min. 4- 2" welds per door
OPTION #1 - 4 point roll cage with 2 down tubes to rear, 4 bars drivers door, 3 bars passenger door, .095-1 3/4 inch tubing.
AND/OR
OPTION #2 - rollover bar, X brace and 2 down tubes to the rear, .095 - 13/4" inch tubing and 1/8" thick 2" X 8" channel located center of doors from front to rear fend wells 2" lip facing in. Must be fastened with a min. of 2 - 3/8 inch bolts thru A, B and C post, with a total of 6 bolts per side. Must have 6"x6" 1/4 plate welded to all 4 down bars with A plate under floor pan bolted together with min 4 bolts
- ENGINE: Total stock, may rebuild must have factory or factory replacement parts top to bottom.

NO SHO'S, TURBO OR SUPER CHARGERS ALLOW- TIRES: DOT RADIALS 8" max (no racing tires)
- WHEEL: Size - 14,15,16 inch 71/2" max width factory stock wheels Tires & Wheels must be same wheel & tire size on all 4 corners
- WEIGHT: 3200 Lbs. with driver
Weight may be add to equal competition- PROTEST: $250. engine buy rule, $50. visual
ONLY 2nd place car can protest 1st place car
